Briefing concerning the processing of personal data, pursuant to Art. 13 of Legislative Decree no. 196, 30 June 2003 (Personal Data Protection 
Code, henceforth referred to as “Code”).
Data regarding identified or identifiable persons may be processed during or following their use of this website. The processing controller is 
Corneliani SpA, with head office in Via Mario Panizza 5, 46100 Mantua, Italy, in the quality of pro-tempore legal representatives.
Processing Officer
The processing controller has appointed the Human Resources and Organisation and Systems Managers as internal processing officers. It has also 
appointed third parties to whom the data may be transmitted for certain processing operations as external processing officers
Location of Data Processing
Data processing related to the web services of this website is carried out in the aforesaid head office exclusively by dedicated staff, or by persons 
appointed to perform occasional maintenance operations. The personal data supplied by users who send specific requests or subscribe to certain services 
are used only for the purpose of providing the service requested and are transmitted to third parties only if necessary for said purpose. 
Type of Data Processing
- Navigation data: During their normal functioning the IT systems and software procedures responsible for the operation of this website acquire certain 
personal data, whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. Such information is not collected to be associated with 
identified subjects, but its very nature could allow the users to be identified by processing and association with data held by third parties. Said 
data is employed exclusively to obtain anonymous statistical information on the use of the website and to check its correct functioning.

transformation, in anonymous form or blockage of any data processed unlawfully; and oppose their processing for legitimate reasons.
