Corneliani offers the “pick up in store” service for your online purchases in selected stores.

During the checkout phase select the “Ship to a Corneliani boutique” option.

You can collect your order by appointment: once your purchase arrives in store you will be contacted by the store personnel to define date and time to collect your order.

Your order will be kept in store for 30 days: in case you not show up the item will be returned to Corneliani and a full refund issued to you.

 To collect your purchase, please print the order confirmation and provide a valid state or government-issued identification (ID card, passport or driving license). If someone else is collecting your purchase on your behalf, please provide a copy of the document mentioned above along with your signed authorization letter.

How to use the Click & Collect service in selected stores

  1. Add your products to the shopping bag;
  2. Before proceeding with the payment  select “SHIP TO A CORNELIANI BOUTIQUE” and choose your  preferred store among those listed;
  3. Finalize your order;
  4. When your order reaches the Corneliani Boutique you have selected, you’ll receive an e-mail of confirmation;
  5. You’ll be contacted by our Client Curator to fix a meeting to collect your order on the most convenient date for you.

Remember that you have 30 days to collect your order and can try the item you purchased directly in the store.

 

How to use the return in store service:

  1. You can decide to return any product purchased at Corneliani within 14 days of delivery. Prepare the original conditioning or use a suitable packaging for transport;
  2. Deliver the parcel to the Corneliani store where you have collected your order or choose another store among those listed above.
  3. You will receive the refund with the same method used to pay your online purchase, according to the times of your bank.
