You can decide to return any product purchased on Corneliani free of charge within 14 days of the delivery date.
Due to Covid-19 emergency orders delivered after March 10, 2020 will benefit an extended return policy. While filling in the return form below, please add on the comments section the order arrival date.

We would ask you to kindly comply with the following conditions:

  • The product needs to be in its original condition and packaging.
  • The label inside the item and the tag need to be attached to the product

RETURN REASONS FOR REPLACEMENT

  • Product wholly or partially damaged
  • Non-compliant product, or product differs from what was ordered.

 

RETURN REASONS FOR A REFUND

  • I don’t like the colour or style
  • I ordered the wrong size
  • I’ve changed my mind.

 RETURN PROCEDURE FOR REPLACEMENT

You can return a product by filling in the form below or by going directly to one of the selected boutiques.

On-line return using the form

  • Fill in and return the form below, attaching photos of the non-compliant product or by providing details of the damaged product and packaging in which the product was delivered.
  • Your request will be assessed by our Customer Services.
  • You will receive a mail with the label to stick on the return package. You will be given a date when the courier will collect the product.
  • Prepare the package using the original packaging and print the label received. If you no longer have the original packaging, we would ask you to kindly acquire adequate and suitable packing for transport.
  • Hand the package over on the appointed day to the courier.
  • We will run a quality check on the product you have returned.
  • We will send the replacement product (if available). If your returned product does not meet the conditions listed, the package will be returned to you and no refund or replacement will be made.

In-store Return

  • Place the product in the original box or use suitable packaging for transport and include the purchase receipt.
  • Hand it in to the Corneliani Boutique where you picked up your order or select one from the list.
  • You will receive a refund on the same means of payment used to purchase on-line, compliant with your bank's time-scale for a refund.

If payment was made by cash on delivery, our customer services will contact you to take the details of the bank into which a refund payment can be made.

    сли элемент только частично поврежден и его не нужно возвращать и обменивать, выберите эту причину и укажите, какие поврежденные части находятся в поле "Комментарии".

    Товар не соответствует описанию (отличается от описания),

    Если доставленный товар отличается от заказанного, выберите эту причину и, если возможно, укажите, какой элемент вы получили в поле "Комментарии".

    Мне не нравится цвет/Мне не нравится стиль/Я передумал

    Если вы хотите использовать свое право на изъятие, выберите эту причину и сообщите нам в поле "Комментарии», если вы хотите получить возмещение или хотите обменять другой товар.
