Reasons to return for replacement
You can decide to return any product purchased on Corneliani free of charge within 14 days of the delivery date.
Due to Covid-19 emergency orders delivered after March 10, 2020 will benefit an extended return policy. While filling in the return form below, please add on the comments section the order arrival date.
- Damaged item (only if accompanied by a picture of the damage and the packaging of the item at delivery)
- Nonconforming goods: the item is different from its description (only if accompanied by a picture of the item)

- I don’t like the color
- I’ve got the wrong size
- I don’t like the style
- I changed my mind
Conditions for returns:
In case of items returned for replacement you shall join pictures of the details and the packaging of the item at delivery
Be sure items are in the same conditions as you received them, in their original packaging.
If you don’t have the original packaging any more, please find a suitable packaging fit for transport.
If your return doesn’t meet the above listed conditions, the parcel will be reforwarded and there will be no return or replacement.
RETURN FOR REFUND TERMS
The return can be made online by filling the form below, or directly at one of the selected stores

- Your request will be examinated by our Customer Service
- You will receive an email with the address to which you will have to send the article
- The returned article will be inspected and we will refund you in maximum 30 days
Return in store
- You can decide to return any product purchased at Corneliani within 14 days of delivery Prepare the original conditioning or use a suitable packaging for transport;
- Deliver the parcel to the Corneliani store where you have collected your order or choose another store among those listed;
- You’ll receive the refund with the same method used to pay your online purchase, according to the times of your bank.
