HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
Identify the product you are interested in, select the size you wish to purchase and click on “Add to cart”. You can see the contents of your order by clicking on the “CART” icon at the top right of each page. To complete your purchase click on the icon at the top where the quantity of products in your cart is highlighted and click on “SEE MY CART”. Selected products will be listed so you can make any changes. Once finished, click on “PROCEED WITH PAYMENT” to finalize your order. You will be able to choose whether to register or continue without registration. After entering your information in the appropriate fields, follow the procedure until the “CONFIRM AND PROCEED” button. A page will show you a summary of your transaction.
CAN I CANCEL AN ORDER?
We regret that the order, once received by our system, is automatically processed and cannot be cancelled. The product can be returned to us as per our return policy.
CAN I ADD OR REMOVE ITEMS FROM MY ORDER?
Unfortunately not - each order is automatically processed and, once received by our system, it is not possible for us to change the details. To purchase new items, you must place a new order. To return them, you must follow our return policy.
CAN I KNOW WHEN AN UNAVAILABLE PRODUCT WILL BE BACK ONLINE?
When a product is not available in the your desired size, you can choose to be notified by email when your size is back online by clicking on the icon next to the missing size. For any requirements, you can contact our Customer Service by filling out the request in the CONTACT US form
WHAT HAPPENS IF I BUY SOMETHING THAT IS NO LONGER IN STOCK?
In rare cases, ordered products may not be in stock. In such cases, Corneliani reserves the right to cancel your order. The price paid will be refunded through the payment method you used at the time of purchase. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience.
DO I HAVE TO CREATE AN ACCOUNT TO PLACE AN ORDER?
No, you can place an order as a guest. However, if you plan to make regular purchases from the Corneliani Online Store, we recommend that you save your personal data. Having an account not only allows you to complete your order faster, but also enables you to access your order history, save your personal information and create your wishlist.
IS IT POSSIBLE TO PLACE AN ORDER BY PHONE?

WHY HAS MY ORDER BEEN CANCELLED?
Your order may have been cancelled for various reasons such as lack of product availability or errors in filling in the billing or delivery address. The most common reason for an order cancellation generally relates to the product being suddenly unavailable at the time of order processing. If the order (or part of it) is cancelled for one of the above reasons, the relative value will be directly refunded to the payment method used at the time of the order within 14 days, depending on the payment method and bank operator.

You can find information about the sizes of each product in the relevant product sheet (size guide). The website will show you the conversion to the specific sizes for your country; however, the product you receive will be marked with the corresponding Italian size on the garment label.
ARE PRODUCTS PURCHASED ONLINE COVERED BY WARRANTY?
All products purchased online are covered by a two-year warranty.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY PACKAGE IS LOST DURING SHIPPING?
Corneliani will refund the customer for the full amount.

Yes, if you need to use our Made-to-Measure service, you can visit the dedicated area of our website and book an appointment at our Milan headquarters or contact us using the CONTACT US form to find your closest retailer who offers the Corneliani Made-to-Measure service.

Yes, for some countries you can also pay by bank transfer in advance. If you choose this form of payment, 3 to 5 working days will be added to the normal delivery time. Proof of transfer, including the CRO (Transaction Reference Code), must be received by e-mail (to the contact details provided after the order is finalized) no later than 3 working days from the date of acceptance of the order. CAN I ASK FOR ITEMS BE SENT TO A DIFFERENT ADDRESS THAN MINE?
The product can always be shipped to an address other than your personal address. Simply enter the address of the purchaser in the “Billing Address” section and the address of the person receiving the order in the “Shipping Address” section. We do not ship to PO boxes and collecting points.
HOW ARE CUSTOMS DUTIES HANDLED?
For shipments to non-EU countries, duties are paid by the recipient (except in the UK, where duties are paid by Corneliani).
Returns and Refunds
HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?
Purchased items may be returned within 14 days of receipt of the product (unless otherwise stated), obtaining a refund of the purchase price. A return can be made only by filling out the online form in the RETURNS AND REFUNDS section, subject to the specified conditions. After filling out the form, you will receive return instructions via e-mail.
DO RETURNS HAVE A CHARGE?
Return is free of charge unless the entire order is returned: in this case the amount indicated in Terms and Conditions of Sale will be withheld. In USA and Canada it is currently at no charge for a minimum value of the returned product of 800US$/800CA$, otherwise the cost is 50US$/50CA$;
CAN CORNELIANI REFUSE A RETURN?
Corneliani only accepts returns of new products in perfect condition, with the internal label and tag attached, within 14 days of receipt of the product (unless otherwise stated).
WHAT HAPPENS IF THE PRODUCT IS DEFECTIVE?
If you have received a damaged or defective product, you can request a return and refund. Fill out the form at the RETURNS AND REFUNDS link. We will handle your request as quickly as possible.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO PROCESS A REFUND?
Once Corneliani has received your return and approved the condition of the products, you will be contacted by our Customer Service to confirm the refund. The amount will be credited to the payment method used during the purchase within 14 working days.
